By pre-ordering a product, you are guaranteed to be among the first to receive it as soon as it goes on sale. You will be among the first customers to whom we will send the pre-ordered product. I strongly advise you to order pre-ordered products and non-pre-ordered products separately as this may delay your entire order.

When you validate a pre-order, the amount of your order will be debited. If you think that the product you purchased does not suit you, or if you wish to return a product to us for any other reason, this is entirely possible within 14 days after receiving your order.
