Returns

No order is complete until you are fully satisfied.

If you wish to withdraw :

Pursuant to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return the Products to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery (the date of the postmark serving as proof) ). Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition to the following address:

You will be reimbursed by any means of payment within thirty (30) days of receipt by Clémentine Giaconia Ceramics of the cancellation request and subject to the return of the Product. The refund will correspond to the price of the product(s) you have paid.

We ask that these items be returned without any marks or damage. Items must be returned in their original boxes. Any non-defective item that is not in a suitable condition for resale (i.e. used or damaged), will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

If the product(s) is/are defective, damaged or do not correspond to the order:

In accordance with the legal provisions concerning conformity and hidden defects (art. 1641 c. civ.), Clémentine Giaconia Ceramics will refund or exchange defective, damaged products or products that do not correspond to the order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order to request a refund.

Refunds may be requested in the following manner: the Purchaser must send his/her request for a refund by e-mail within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order to the following address: clementine.giaconia@gmail.com, describing the reason for the request and attaching photographs illustrating the non-conformity observed. Following receipt of the refund request by Clémentine Giaconia Ceramics, the Purchaser must return the order intact in its original packaging by parcel post. Shipping costs for the return of the order will be borne by the Purchaser.

Within a maximum of thirty (30) days after receipt of the parcel, Clémentine Giaconia Ceramics will then proceed to reimburse the total amount of the order (products and "outbound" shipping costs).

How to return :

1. Pack your item carefully and protectively in the original box (we try to minimize waste, so please consider the environment and reuse our packaging as much as you can). Please ensure that the package is properly registered.

3. You are responsible for the return until the parcel reaches us. You are responsible for shipping costs. Don't forget to ask for proof of shipment.
4. You can expect a refund within three weeks of return. The refund will include all sums paid by you. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail from us. If you have not received an e-mail within 14 days of sending your return, please contact us for assistance via the contact form.
