The personal data collected may be as follows:

- Information relating to ordering a service (example: terms of receipt of a product, date and time of appointment for a service, etc.)
- Information relating to payment (example: payment method used)
- Information related to customer relationship monitoring (example: satisfaction survey, retention of complaints, etc.).

Purposes and basis of processing
The establishment will only collect your personal data for a specific purpose, and according to a specific basis (execution of a contract, your consent or legitimate interest of the establishment).
Depending on the service, the purposes and foundations are as follows:

Purposes: customer support, performance of the service, invoicing and payment.
Basis: contractual performance.

Data collected: identity, contact details, opinions and complaints.
Purposes: responses to requests for information and complaints.

Basis: legal obligations to cooperate with organizations fighting different types of fraud.
Data recipients
The establishment may share your data with authorized organizations.
Thus, the establishment may use subcontractors (any company required to process personal data following the establishment's instructions) for the processing of your personal data within the limits necessary for the performance of their services (example : host a site, manage the sending of promotional offers).
