No order is complete until you are fully satisfied.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to withdraw from this contract and return the products.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the following address:

Refunds will be made using the original payment method within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned product, provided it is in proper condition.

Important:

  • Items must be free from marks or damage, and returned with their original boxes.

  • Any non-defective item that has been used or damaged will not be refunded and will be returned to you.


Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In accordance with French law (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), defective, damaged, or non-conforming products can be refunded or exchanged.

To request a refund or exchange:

  1. Send an email within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order to: hello@clementinegiaconia.com

  2. Explaining the reason and attaching photos illustrating the issue.

  1. Once your request is approved, return the order intact and in its original packaging.

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item, for the total amount paid (products and original shipping costs).


How to Return a Product (Using a Return Label or Your Own Shipment)

  1. Prepare the package: Carefully pack your item in its original box. To minimize waste, please reuse packaging whenever possible.

  2. Address the package:

  3. Choose your return option: Refund or store credit.

    • For refunds, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    • A return label can be sent by email: simply print it and attach it to your package.

  4. Responsibility and proof: You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please retain proof of shipment.

  5. Refund processing: You can expect your refund within approximately three weeks after we receive the returned package. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed. If you do not receive this email within 14 days of sending your return, please contact us via the contact form.
