By pre-ordering a product, you are guaranteed to be among the first to receive it as soon as it goes on sale. You will be among the first customers to whom we will send the pre-ordered product. I strongly advise you to order pre-ordered products and non-pre-ordered products separately as this may delay your entire order.

When you validate a pre-order, the amount of your order will be debited. If you think that the product you purchased does not suit you, or if you wish to return a product to us for any other reason, this is entirely possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

HANDCRAFTED

All these pieces are handmade, and there may be slight variations in each piece, giving uniqueness to shape, glaze color, size, texture, thickness and weight. These variations add depth and beauty to ceramic craftsmanship, signifying their spirit and dissimilarity from mass production.

Some glazes are sensitive to tannins and caffeine, and pieces may take on a slight coloration or reveal a network of cracks on the whitest parts.

PRODUCT CARE

Microwave : No


Dishwasher: Yes. But prefer cleaning by hand to avoid chipping the piece.

Oven : No ( avoid above 100°). Do not use too violent thermal shocks to avoid cracking the object.


Food contact: Yes

SAFETY

All raw materials are authorized and compliant. The glazes used are tested by the SFC laboratory (Société Française de Céramique) for the specific migration of lead, cadmium, aluminum, cobalt and arsenic in pieces for food use. To find out more, visit my workshop's best practices page.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery France - EU - International. The price of transport depends on the volume of the product(s) chosen. The exact price of transport for your order will be calculated at the time of payment.
Returns of goods, although useful in some cases, have a significant economic and environmental impact, generating logistics costs and a significant ecological footprint. We encourage you to carefully check your purchases before finalizing your orders and to contact us by email if necessary in order to make the best choices.
